Woman goes blind after undergoing surgery to change eye colour

 
A student, Shenise Farrell  narrated her story of she was how she  left temporarily blind after she tried to change her eye colour in surgical procedure.
Shenise Farrell a student in London, obviously not satisfied with her natural eye color which were dark brown decided to change her eye color to light brown and began to search for surgical options.
Ms Farrell decided in 2009 that she wanted to change the colour of her eyes and so she began researching surgical options.
Despite her family’s horror, she travelled to Panama to have a procedure which involved implanting coloured discs – like a contact lenses – into her eyes.
Ms Farrell told Channel 5’s Botched Up Bodies: ‘I was so determined to get the surgery nothing rang alarm bells for me – nothing obvious.’

Rochas Okorocha, may be Running For President In 2015

While trying to deny a Daily Sun Newspaper report that he was in the APC Vice Presidential race, Governor Rochas, in a press release, instead made public that he was considering running for President come 2015.

MAN BLASTED FOR BEING A GOOD DAD

 

So this dad, 39 years old Doyin Richards who currently lives in Los Angeles and is on paternity leave, posted this sweet picture of himself cradling his 6 months old baby girl in an Ergo while brushing his 2 years old daughter's hair on Twitter and Facebook. 

According to Doyin , one morning, his wife was running late for work and was worried that she wouldn't be able to get their daughter's hair done before she went to school that day.

He told her that she could leave, that he would handle it.

His wife countered by saying that doing their daughter's hair requires attention and the baby would get upset if he left her alone while he played the role of stylist.

Again, he told her that he'd handle it.

 

On the way out she said, 'I'll believe it when I see it.'"

 

So while she was gone, Doyin placed his infant into her carrier and "worked his hair magic" on their older daughter.

He also set up his camera, enabled its 10-second timer, and snapped a photo to prove to his wife that he could handle the job.

 

48 years old Woman Caught Trying To Sneak Into US Stuffed In A Suitcase

Customs and Border Protection officers foiled a smuggling attempt at the U.S.-Mexico border when they discovered a woman contorted and hidden inside a suitcase.
CNN reports that on December 30, inspectors at the border had stopped the driver of a Honda SUV and referred him for a secondary inspection.
When officers inspected the vehicle, they opened up the suitcase and found the 48-year-old woman hidden underneath some clothing, tucked into a ball and laying inside the luggage in the back of a vehicle.
The woman, a Thai national named Pornkamol Mongkolsermsak, was charged with re-entry after deportation.

Lagos Assembly offer N1.25million for info on tortured Ejigbo women

The Lagos State Assembly yesterday announced a N1.25million reward for anyone with useful info on the dastard act perpetuated on two women by some men in Ejigbo in 2013.

During a stakeholders meeting on this issue held at Alausa Secretariat yesterday, Mr Ajibola Adeyeye who is the Chairman Ad hoc committee set up by the Assembly to investigate the incident announced the reward token.

"Anybody that gives information that leads to the arrest of the perpetrators of the heinous act shall be given N1 million. And I will add the sum of 250,000 from my private account to increase the sum to N1.25million" He said.

No leads have been made since the video surfaced on the internet a few months back. Lawmakers have commenced hearing on the case.

Married mother Ethel Anderson, 31, was told she was a 'parents' worst nightmare,' on Monday as she was jailed in Tampa, Florida.
Judge Chet Tharpe told Anderson in court that she manipulated the boy's parents into believing he was safe and groomed the child for sex.
Anderson was charged with nine counts of molesting a student after it was discovered that she was having sex with a boy who was 12-years-old at the time.
