Justin Bieber hit a paparazzo with his car in Los Angeles on Monday night, but the man is OK and the singer is not being charged for a crime.
Bieber was leaving the Laugh Factory when his white Ferrari struck a photographer who was trying to snap pictures of the pop star and Lil Twist driving away from the venue
The Los Angeles Police Department has investigated the incident, and determined that no crime was committed.
Bieber reportedly told cops he did not know he hit the pedestrian.
